At BrightCrest Solutions, client satisfaction is at the core of every engagement. This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be granted for our services.
1. Consulting and Professional Services
Fees for services already performed (including discovery, design, development, and consulting hours) are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address concerns and, where appropriate, perform reasonable revisions in accordance with your SOW.
2. SaaS Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions to BrightCrest SaaS products may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable.
3. Retainer Services
Retainer fees cover allocated capacity for the billing period. Unused hours do not roll over and are not refundable. You may cancel a retainer with 30 days' written notice.
4. Refund Requests
To request a refund, email sales@brcrst.com with your invoice number and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any billing disputes. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of associated fees.
